Our managing cost consultant, Danny, has more than 20 years of experience working internationally in Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia on large-scale commercial and residential projects. Danny has managed operations at CQS Group NZ since 2017, providing estimating and construction valuation services for numerous subdivision and multi-unit developments around Auckland. He pays attention to details and successfully builds high-performing teams to satisfy all requirements of our clients. Bill has extensive experience, both locally and internationally. He has worked on a variety of construction and refurbishment projects ranging from shopping malls, prison, hospital, residential houses, commercial buildings,
university buildings, supermarkets, government housing (high-rise) and interior refurbishments. His skill sets include professional quantity surveying (PQS) and main contractor quantity surveying.
